Came broken, no exchange sent back for refund
Item came with the right side of screen behind glass cracked. Monitor is unusable. Monitor sent back for refund. They said they don't do exchanged. Would have preferred they sent a monitor out right away, expedited shipping to resolve the issue. Since the exchange did not happen, I went and bought a 34" inch ACER monitor from another website. And gave up on this one.
