I recently purchased the Acer Monitor. at a great price., to replace my old Acer monitor which died after a long service. Quite happy with it. slim design with Clear image.

Great Product
I purchased 1 thru Best Buy and 3 direct from Acer. Direct from Acer saved shipping and tax. This is a great product. Service was great. Wish the hi-res monitor came with a cable worthy of it's quality picture. Including a VGA cable is a slap in the face.

Arrived perfect!
Ordered two of these. What a deal. They both came working and no dead pixels. I knew that it didn't have a VESA mount, but that would be the only thing that would have been nice, but for the prices I can't complain. I love that the bezel around the top and sides is nearly nonexistent. Very nice for placing monitors side by side.

24" Monitor you need to buy!
I was very skeptical about buying any factory recertified products, but against my instinct, I purchased 7 of this “R240HY bidx” monitor. I was very surprised when I opened the boxes. The boxes were all generic card board boxes with Acer name on them, but what was inside the boxes was not what I was expecting. All monitors looked like new monitors. Every one of them had the original protective plastic coverings over the plastic parts and the screen surfaces had not a single finger print on them. So, I don’t know what "factory recertified" mean. One thing I do miss from these monitors is not having VESA mounting capability. If you want to mount this on a monitor stand, you will need an VESA mounting adapter. This is the only reason I did not buy more. Images on these monitors are stunningly clear and very bright. The colors are also very deeply saturated and vivid. I love these monitors. For $100, this is a steal for sure. ACER, could you include an VESA mounting adapter with each monitor? I will buy dozen more.
